Ingredients:

How to take it?
To start for two (2) weeks, take one (1) capsule, once daily with a meal and 8 ounce glass of water to allow your body to adjust. Then take twice daily. Use through first trimester before switching to another prenatal. Capsules may also be opened and put into a smoothie or juice.
